How to use

Simply add:

  • 400 g protein (e.g., chicken, tofu or shrimp)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 large onion
  • 250 ml water or broth

Upgrade your dish:

2 cloves of garlic, 200 g yardlong beans, celery leaves or spring onion, 3 eggs, 250 g rice, or potatoes, 3 roti/naan or bread.

Get Cooking

Step 1

Dice protein & onion. Optional: cook rice/other accompaniment per pack, mince garlic, dice potatoes, slice yardlong beans, hard-boil eggs.

Step 2

Heat oil (wok)pan; sauté onion (opt. garlic) till soft. Add protein & brown all sides. Add paste & fry 1 min.

Step 3

Add water/broth (opt. potatoes). Boil, cover & simmer low 15-20 min.

Last 10 min: add opt. yardlong beans. Last 3 min: add opt. eggs.

Simmer till protein & veg cooked & sauce thickened.
