How to use

In the pack:

  • Korean bulgogi paste

You will need:

  • 3 tbsp of cooking oil (e.g. sunflower oil)
  • 200 g of your preferred protein (e.g. beef, tofu or tempeh)
  • 1 shallot, 2 garlic cloves, 1 small carrot, 2 tbsp spring onion
  • 100 g jasmine rice
  • 2 tbsp roasted white sesame

Get Cooking

Step 1

Cut Beef or other meat / meat replacement of choice in strips and marinate in paste for 10 min.

Step 2

Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Add meat, fry for 1-2 min. Add chopped shallot, garlic, and carrot. Add water as needed.

Step 3

Serve with rice, sprinkle with sesame and spring onion.
