How to use

In the pack:

  • Chinese black pepper paste

You will need:

  • 1 tbsp of cooking oil (e.g. sunflower oil)
  • 200 g of meat/ seafood/ tofu or tempeh.
  • 50–100 g of bell peppers (or other preferred vegetables).
  • 60–80 g rice or noodles.
  • Spring Onions or sesame seeds or coriander.

Get Cooking

Step 1

Heat oil in wok/pan on medium high heat.

Step 2

Add meat &/ or seafood and bell peppers; stir fry for 2 minutes.

Step 3

Add paste and stir fry for 2 minutes or until cooked.

Step 4

Garnish with Spring Onions or sesame seeds or coriander.
