How to use

In the pack:

  • Coconut curry sauce
  • Spice mix

You will need:

  • 1 tbsp of cooking oil (e.g. sunflower oil)
  • 450 g of your preferred protein (e.g. chicken, prawns, tofu, paneer or plant-based alternative)
  • Basil
  • Indian Roti or rice of choice

Get Cooking

Step 1

Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a saucepan on medium heat. Add the given spice mix and allow it to crackle.

Step 2

Add the marinated protein and cook for 4-5 minutes or until the outside is cooked and lightly browned.

Step 3

Add Coconut curry sauce and water, simmer for 3-4 minutes with occasional stirring.

Step 4

Garnish with freshly chopped basil leaves before serving.
