How to use

In the pack:

  • Butter Chicken sauce
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Spices mix

You will need:

  • 1 tbsp of butter (e.g. unsalted butter or ghee)
  • 500 g of your preferred protein (e.g. chicken, tofu or tempeh)
  • Coriander
  • Indian Roti or rice of choice

Pre-preparation instructions

Marinate the preferred protein with the ginger garlic paste and let it rest for at least 30 minutes

Get Cooking

Step 1

Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a saucepan on medium heat. Add the given spice mix and allow it to crackle.

Step 2

Add the marinated protein and cook for 4-5 minutes or until the outside is cooked and lightly browned.

Step 3

Add butter chicken sauce and water, simmer for 3-4 minutes with occasional stirring.

Step 4

Garnish with freshly chopped coriander before serving.
