How to use

In the pack:

  • Cooked vegetable rice
  • Jamaican jerk sauce
  • Spices rub

You will need:

  • 1 tbsp of cooking oil (e.g. sunflower oil)
  • 500 g skinless chicken breast/thigh (cubed)
  • Spring onion

Pre-preparation instructions

Marinate the chicken with the provided spice rub and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.

Get Cooking

Step 1

Heat oil in a pan, on medium heat, add the chicken and cook for 4–5 minutes, or until the outside is cooked and lightly browned.

Step 2

Add Jamaican Jerk Sauce and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, reduce the heat to low and cover pan with lid. Simmer until the chicken is fully cooked and tender or until the chicken is fully cooked through and tender.

Step 3

Without opening the pouch, immerse it in boiling water for 2–3 minutes. Transfer the heated rice to a serving plate and spoon the cooked jerk chicken mixture over the rice.

Step 4

Garnish with freshly chopped spring onion before serving. Serve hot.
