How to use

In the pack:

  • Chinese stir fry paste

You will need:

  • 2 tbsp of cooking oil (e.g. sunflower oil)
  • 250 g of your preferred protein (e.g. chicken, tofu or tempeh)
  • 250 g mixed vegetables, cut into pieces (e.g., red bell pepper, carrot, coriander, spring onion)
  • Rice or noodles

Get Cooking

Step 1

Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.

Step 2

Add 1 sachet (50 g) of Cantonese stir-fry paste and stir-fry for approximately 1 minute until fragrant.

Step 3

Add the preferred protein and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, ensuring even cooking.

Step 4

Add the vegetables and continue stir-frying for another 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
