How to use

In the pack:

  • Kung Pao paste
  • Ginger Garlic paste
  • Spice rub

You will need:

  • 1⁄2 tbsp of cooking oil (e.g. sunflower oil)
  • 200 g skinless chicken breast/thigh (cubed)
  • Vegetables: 50 g (e.g. bell peppers, broccoli, french beans)
  • Rice or noodles
  • Spring onion and cashew nuts

Pre-preparation instructions

Marinate the chicken with the ginger garlic paste and keep it aside for minimum half an hour.

Get Cooking

Step 1

Heat oil in a pan, on medium heat, add the marinated chicken and cook for 4–5 minutes, or until the outside is cooked and lightly browned.

Step 2

Add mixed vegetables, sautee for 2 minutes with occasional stirring.

Step 3

Add Kung Pao Paste and water, simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Step 4

Garnish with freshly chopped spring onions and cashews before serving.
