How to use

Simply add:

  • 400 g protein (e.g., chicken, tempeh or shrimp)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 large onion
  • 50-150 ml water or broth

Upgrade your dish:

2 cloves of garlic, 350 g mixed vegetables, coriander or spring onion, 250 g rice or noodles

Get Cooking

Step 1

Dice protein & onion. Optional: cook rice/noodles per pack, mince garlic, dice mixed veg.

Step 2

Heat oil (wok)pan. Brown protein; set aside. In same oil, sauté onion (opt. garlic) till soft; add opt. mixed veg & stir-fry 2-3 min.

Step 3

Add paste & fry 1 min, mixing with veg. Return protein to (wok)pan; add water/broth & bring to boil. Cover & simmer low 5-7 min till protein tender & sauce thickened.
